Parent Listserv Information Page |
The following information is provided to parents, guardians, or those in the community interested in the exchange of information between the Shelburne Community School and the community at large. The listserv will notify subscribers of monthly news and important announcements as shared by the SCS administration and PTO. A listserv is simply a group of people who have subscribed to a specific group. In order to receive or post messages to the group, you will need to "subscribe", in other words register your name and e-mail address. Unlike other listservs, subscribers may only receive messages from SCS, they may not post messages.

Subscribe to the SCS Parents Listserv
1. Send a message to: gthweatt@cssu.org
2. In the subject line simple type Subscribe to Parents listserv
3. In the body of the message include: Your Full Name and a request to subscribe to the SCS Parents listserv
4. Now send the message. An example would be:

5. Once your name has been entered, you should receive a subscription acknowledgment.
What if my e-mail address changes after I have already subscribed?
If you change your e-mail address after you have already subscribed to the SCS Parents listserv, send an e-mail to Greg Thweatt (gthweatt@cssu.org) explaining of the the change.
Unsubscribe from the SCS Parents Listserv
If you no longer wish to receive messages through the SCS Parents listserv, send an e-mail to Greg Thweatt (gthweatt@cssu.org) requesting the removal.
