SCS Feed (Food Education Every Day)
The SCS FEED (Food Education Every Day)
project is broken down into four committees: Garden, Community,
Cafeteria and Classroom. Our theme this year has been "Making
Healthy Choices" and each committee has been working hard all
year to educate our school and community about local foods,
nutrition and healthy choices. Through individual classroom
activities, school wide taste tests and events, informational
bulletin boards and farm field trips we hope to continue to
involve Shelburne Community School in this project.
