Our ratatouille, salad dressing and applesauce carrot cake taste tests
were all huge successes.
Ratatouille has made additional appearances on
our lunch menu, the ginger maple vinaigrette is a permanent dressing on
the salad bar and we look forward to seeing the applesauce carrot cake
again soon.
We will be doing one last taste test in May - a Swiss Chard
Bake. It will use the swiss chard that we get from Blue's Garden and it
sounds delicious!
