Sources of Water

Three sources of water are rain, streams, and bodies of water. There are many other sources too. Rain (or water cycle) is a source because when it rains it fills up bodies of water and streams that have been dried out. Streams are a source of water because streams are made out of water which means that if they are clean we can drink and use it. Bodies of water are a really big important source of water because 75% of the earth is water.

Threats to Water From Sewage

The sewage pollutes the water which pollutes it. Sewage is the wastewater that comes from houses and businesses. Some sewage is toilets and sinks. It flows into a sewage treatment and cleans the wastewater. The way it becomes pollution is if you do not have a good sewage treatment and it flows into fresh water.

Solutions to Prevent So Much Sewage

A solution to help prevent sewage is to have a good sewage system. The three best sewage systems are the primary treatment, secondary treatment, and tertiary treatment. In my case study you will understand the importance of having a good sewage system because in the lake I will talk about its major problem is sewage. A thing that you could do is not to use a lot of water while washing your hands, brushing you teeth and taking showers (Waste Crisis).
