"The Future of Children"

Last year the "David and Lucile Packard Foundation" completed a report called "The Future of Children". One component was "Children and Computer Technology" discussing possible effects on child development (positive and negative) along with a discussion on equity of use (nationally and at the local level) including recommendations.
