Morning Responsibilities

 As students arrive in the morning their responsibilities include:
   - lunch tag: choose school lunch  "own lunch".
  - snack tag: decide if s/he would like milk (fat free, 2%, or whole)
  - hang up jacket, etc.
  - remove any needed items  and hang up backpack 
           (lunch, mathbinder,  reading books, snack, etc)
   - turn in any notes, homework etc,
   - get a daily jobs below
   - go to the world rug for morning announcements
       (if time allows, students may choose a quiet activity
              until announcement begin 
 

DAILY JOBS
   Get milk x2 - Go to cafeteria for snack milk
   Set snack tags - Set tags for the next day
   Set lunch tags -  Set tags for the next day
   Chairs -  Put down chairs from three tables
    Organize Art shelves - Tidy supplies
   Organize games - Tidy games
   Organize books - Tidy  Accelerated Reader books
   Snack jobs - Set jobs for snack cleanup
   Cleanup Rainstick - sound the cleanup rainstick when needed
   Warning Rainstick - sound the rainstick when needed
   Get notes - go to office for notes
   Clean white board - clear the letter for the next day
    Set Job tags-   set the tags for the next day
   Water plants -
   Weather - Report the weather for the calendar
   Temperature - Report the temperature for morning meeting
   Pointer- Lead the class in reading the daily letter
   Calendar - Lead the class in discovering the pattern
   French Day - lead the class in saying the day in French
   School Day -  decorate the number for the day in school
