What
are "Cooperative Groups"?
Adventurers work in
cooperative groups (usually 3 or 4 students in a group, for theme activities,
problem solving. Each member of the group will have a task, e.g. recorder,
reporter, leader, materials, etc) Groups learn to work together, overcome personality challenges, and share
responsibilities. Students share strengths and develop their weaker
skills. They develop their interpersonal skills, learn to deal with conflict,
and engage in numerous activities that improve their understanding of subjects
explored.
