· Recognize and are able to express
in written (drawings) and oral form the similarities and differences among
people.
· Compare and contrast past and present ways of life. · Explain how discoveries or inventions can help or hurt people (e.g. the environmental impact of energy consumption). |

about other people’s life-style, religion, and traditions including people
with whom they do not have direct contact.
