Organization & Management of the Plan


The plan is organized into 5 strategic perspectives. The goals, action plans, objectives, problems, and action items that were identified at the SUMMIT have been grouped according to each perspective. If an objective required action in more than one perspective, a separate action plan was prepared for each one. In total 27 action plans were developed to address the 21 objectives and 30 problems identified at the SUMMIT.

Financial

Community

A responsible person from the School Board and the School Administration has been assigned to coordinate each strategic perspective. A separate responsible person has also been assigned for each action plan. This person will be responsible for developing the detailed action plan and timeline for implementation. All actions plans and any changes to the plan must be approved by the School Board.

The plan will be managed by the following team:
